Godfather's Pizza Express

We have heard great things about Godfather's and decided to give it a try. I LOVED the fact that we could get speciality mini pizzas. We got 4 mini pizzas and everyone in my family was happy and full. I got the bacon cheese burger pizza and it was so delicious. My husband got the all meat. The crust was so so so good! It was seasoned well and not too thick. My son already asked if we can go back there. We will definitely be repeat customers.

The space looked clean. I liked how you can walk between restaurants and the store without having to go back outside. The customer service was adequate. The food was underwhelming though. The toppings on the pizza were perfect. It’s just the crust was doughy and the sauce seemed nonexistent. There wasn’t any sauce on the wings either. This is definitely not the same style Godfathers I loved as a kid. I visited the location in West Point Ga

Due to error of online order in app I had one of my pizza’s not correct. Spoke to Makenzie who said she spoke to her manager that it wasn’t correct from what I have on my end. The assistant can’t do anything about it. Live 21 miles away and didn’t check the pizza’s. Poor management to correct the mistake and lost another good customer.

I have been here at least 3 times in the past week lol. I go and grab a personal all meat pizza. Each visit has been satisfactory. Customer service has been pretty good as well!

First Godfathers pizza I've had in 25+ years and wasn't disappointed at all! Good food and friendly staff. Keep up the good work.
