Ordered a sub online and put “One cup of garlic aioli on the side” in the comments. Got home to eat it to see that an employee sarcastically wrote “please” on the lid of the cup, and made it a point to barely fill up the container 1/4 of the way, leaving me with essentially nothing to dip the sub in. Also, failed to put the correct cheese on the sub. Crappy attitude workers and crappy food. What a waste of money and time. I’ll be in contact with the owner.
I love this location! The night staff is very nice and efficient and always do their best with my orders.
I ABSOLUTELY love this location…. They always do so great on my sandwiches … I assume that that’s the manager there because he has also made my sub at the Blacksburg location. Very kind.
Michelle and Kori were great. They were very friendly and efficient. They suggested recommended builds and gave great service. I highly recommend this shop.
Went to go get a sandwich and they closed OVER a half hour early when I arrived. Disappointing when you’re hours say you close at 11pm and if i show up at 10:30 you’re closed?!! Unprofessional if you’re not going to stick to the hours listed online.
