Subway

Stopped at this place on my way to Oklahoma City. The staff were nice very friendly and cordial and the sandwich was delicious. The only thing I will say is the cost of a sub here is $3 more than most other Subways I've been too.

We usually have a great experience at this subway. But this time the dude working the window looked too high to function. They didn’t give us the whole order and when we asked for it the dude acted like we were bothering him. God forbid he do his job.

I typically love this subway, and they always have great service and make the food correctly, however, if they are going to close early, they should at least have the decency to put a sign on the door stating so. I arrived 20 minutes before they’re posted closing time, and the two girls had locked the building to clean and chat. I completely understand closing early due to low staffing, but if this is the case, they should communicate this with customers, and they obviously had scheduled these two employees to be there until closing time, so I don’t think the managers were aware of them closing early. I NEVER write a bad review for a good place, but customer service should be a priority.

Ordered A pizza sub for the second time at this same subway and every time they do not put marinara sauce on the sandwich I even put in the notes please add marinara well they didn’t and I received a very dry sandwich.. my two year old can make a better sandwich than the workers that work at this subway.

Whatever they pay here, it’s too much. We have ordered online via the app multiple times and without fail - even when politely reminding them to get it right - the order is ALWAYS wrong. We’re not even ordering custom sandwiches here. We try to keep it completely and 100% simple, ordering sandwiches exactly as they are on the menu with zero customizations. They don’t get the sandwiches right that come with double cheese or double meat. They don’t get the toppings right. I can’t recommend this place at all. Fire the entire crew. Hire a crew who can read and follow basic instructions. I’m not talking about one or two times here. This is every single time over the past year. More than 10 times. You guys should just lower your prices because when you order here you “get what you get,” not what
