Bravo's Mexican Grill

I gave Bravo’s Mexican Grill a try and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. The food is cheap and almost completely tasteless. The best comparison I can make is a frozen TV dinner, except worse. The “queso” (and even calling it that is generous) tasted like watery canned cheese sauce rather than actual queso. Service was just as frustrating. The staff appeared to be mostly high school kids who seemed far more focused on their phones than on helping customers. I placed a carryout order over the phone and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived after 30 minutes and the place was chaotic, with employees running around and no one able to tell me what was going on. When I asked about my order, I was told it wasn’t ready yet. I ordered the chicken fajitas and the chicken was still slightly pink, and no flavor whatsoever. My son had a hamburger, we both left with stomach aches, I'm not sure if its due to food or something else, but will not be coming back.

Came in and had lunch with my sister & Roberto was our waiter he gave amazing service! Our food literally came out so quick & our drinks was perfect! Definitely a experience worth coming back for

I have been going here for years, but just recently went back after a year or so. While my dinner was hot amd tasty, the service was less than par. No smiles, no personality, no customer service skills at all. Barely got a server to take the drink order, and they brought the ticket before even asking about dessert. Thats ok they the room temperature Sopaipilla did me in for this trip. I will try another establishment.

Was skeptical after seeing some pics but was pleasantly surprised. I was skeptical about the chili on the enchiladas being like hormel can but it didn’t taste anything like and was good. The chips were crisp and the salsa fresh with great flavor and hint of kick. Wife had the beef fajitas. Meat was tender and flickers well, onions cooked to our liking, rice tender. I had enchilada and crispy taco. Enchilada was good, chili sauce was better than expected and taco was was full of good ground beef. I also had the whole beans which came out steaming hot but was good. Overall a pleasant experience
