Subway

We have been eating here once a week or so for almost 6 months, because our kid loves Subway. We don't live here, so its a treat, or supposed to be. This is one of the worst Subways. They hardly smile. They put the smallest amount of food on your sandwich, actually counting the peppers!!! And get put out if you ask for more. Last time the vegetables were all over, onions in several other vegetables. Then they want a tip. And make a point of looking to see if you tipped. I like to tip good service, but this has been ridiculous. I kept waiting for it to get better but it has gotten worse so I am sharing. I do not recommend this Subway.

I do like subway, but…the last 3 times I have ordered online got home with the sandwiches and 1 or both sandwiches were wrong. The order yesterday was so wrong. They put the peppercorn ranch on my sandwich and I cannot stand peppercorn ranch. Should have been mayo instead, my son’s sandwich was suppose to have the Baja chipotle, jalapeños, but instead had cucumbers and no sauce and no jalapeños. I was on my lunch hour so I didn’t have time to go back and wait to have it fixed. I called to talk with the manager, they weren’t in so I asked for them to call me back. The person I talked to, said that they have a lot of people training… then someone needs to watch them until they understand the difference between Mayo and Ranch. Normally every Subway is go to is compared to the Powell store. Typically they are the best, great staff, fresh food, extremely fast etc. My complaint being, if you are going to stay open until 10 PM it would probably be wise to leave your sandwich toaster on past 8pm. The pile of mushy microwaved slop that was quite literally flung onto my bread is not worth the 14$ I had to pay. If I wanted disappointing microwaved dinner I could have stayed home and saved money

The place was very clean and inviting. The flat bread has got a lot flatter in the years I haven't been to a subway. The vegetables look fresh and as always the bread aroma in the place is mouth watering. Kaden was very polite and verified what I asked for to make sure it was right. The other two ladies were friendly but I wasn't able to catch their names.

I've worked in multiple Subways as a young kid, I've eaten at them all over the country, and believe me when I say... This is one of the cleanest, most consistently good, and welcoming Subways in the country. The owners CARE, and so do their employees. If Subway was able to see and taste every sandwich out of every Subway in the country, I'm willing to bet this one would either win #1 or at least be in the top 10. HIGHLY recommend!!!!
