El Tapatío Mexican Restaurant

I’ve eaten at this place a lot and the food, service, and the atmosphere has always been amazing. Very friendly and family like atmosphere. I totally recommend this place.

Delicious food! Quick and friendly service! We had hamburgers, fajitas, tacos, and a combination plate for our family - everything was excellent! If you have a craving for authentic Mexican food, please check out El Tapatio's!

No flavor in the entrees. Overly hot salsa my worst experience at this restaurant. Generally a good place to eat but not tonight. 12-6-25

Sister's day in Cody & Powell. We were coming back from Cody, had grocery shopping to do & decided to stop for lunch. Sis recommended this restaurant & it was all that she said it was. Decorations & ambiance were Mexican all the way. Service was impeccable & wait staff was very knowledgeable & friendly. Food was served quickly & hot enough to burn the roof of your mouth. Not to mention there was enough to feed a hungry lumberjack. LOL. We intend to be back & this place gets 👍👍👍👍👍 up!!
