Absolutely terrible! 1 layer of roast beef when paying for double meat. Order was 35 minutes late, and they toasted sandwiches that were supposed to be cold. Third terrible experience in a row. We will NEVER again order here!

Went to get some food last night the young man didn’t even acknowledge us and we were the only one’s there, stood there waiting he didn’t greet nothing he went to the back when he came back I greeted him he just looked at me and continued making a sandwich we just left. Terrible service

The lady working there tonight helped me to get the food for a very discounted price. She was fast and super professional. I loved how she made a way for us to get our pizza's without having pizza boxes. She made me feel like I mattered. I would definitely recommend that Sunway for excellent customer service and great tasting food!

Danna was taking care of us and she was such a delight. First, i called because we aren't from this area and I'm very picky about my meal. They had what i wanted. In the store, She was very friendly, very proud of her job and store (as we complimented her of the store's appearance). She got this store a 5 star on customer service. And as started, the store was emactulant. We honestly thought it was a new store. Kudos to the owners and employees at this subway. Outstanding!

Had special order two cups of the chicken and she had to look up price $3.29 each and had said yes two cups. (Was for my small dogs)wanted to SURPRISE them,, they charged me both cups but got home. They didnt give to me.. Other then that was good customer service wanted try something different and help choosing and all fixing and I will reorder. Maybe again today. It was really good but everybody forget things yes it was business and food, it dont hold against them. I will tell family and friends to go eat there it was really good. Thanks for helping and dont worry over the chicken I'll get them a double order next time
