Sonic Drive-In

I have visited this location several times, and the employees are always friendly and polite. The food quality, however, can be inconsistent—sometimes decent, other times lacking in freshness. Considering the prices, I feel the food quality should be more reliable and consistent. During my last visit about a month ago, I placed a mobile order through the app for a large, sweet tea. I arrived approximately two minutes after placing the order and checked in through the app. After waiting about 15 minutes, the screen showed that my order was complete and that someone was on their way to deliver it, but no one came. After waiting an additional five minutes, I pressed the red button to ask about my order. The employee who answered apologized and said someone would bring it out shortly. It took

They left me a cute 'Stay positive' note on my drink. The food is always fresh and the team members are always so kind.

It was late, so we hit the drive-through. They weren't busy at all. We were a bit disappointed that they were out of chili, and they do NOT offer a military discount. We ordered about $45 worth of food. I'm not sure how long it took because i didn't actually get a receipt. It did take a little longer than normal. The 6" hot dog that we got was cold... the meat, the bread, even the packaging was cold. We had to circle back through to get my son something different. We traded it out for a burger. All the rest of the food was hot and delicious.

Food is always stale, luke warm or old. Only thing half decent is drinks or ice cream.
