Each time I visit this McDonald’s location, the ice cream machine is reported as 'broken.' At this point, it may be more appropriate to reconsider offering ice cream at this location if the machine is consistently unavailable. Edited to add: The following day, I called to check if the ice cream machine was working and was informed that it was up and running. I placed a mobile order for an Oreo McFlurry and two apple pies, then drove just two minutes down the road to pick it up. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. As shown in the attached photo, I received a half-filled McFlurry that was already melted, giving the impression it had been sitting out or previously handled. Clean. Food was fresh and well prepared. Lightly staffed at abt 300pm. Attitude of staff was friendly and genuine. I ordered on the McDonald’s app, food was correctly prepared. You should really consider getting the app. This McDonald’s is immediately adjacent to I-55 on the west side of the interstate at the Portageville exit.

OMG the best breakfast bagel I ever had in a McDonald…didn’t think it was a fast food. I add hash brown to mines but the it was perfect amouth the other ingredients. It feel it was made to kindness ….Wow

Ordered using the App to pick up at the counter. Upon arrival, I was never acknowledged until my order was ready. Lacks customer service. Food was hot and fresh.

Keep driving. This is the WORST McDonald’s I have ever visited. The bread on sandwiches was stale the french fries tasted off and had unknown black specs on them. The chicken nuggets were so off that my son refused to eat more than a bite. I took a bite to convince him to eat and had to spit it out. Employees were just hanging out in the restaurant hollering to each other while the place was an absolute disaster. The bathrooms aren’t even clean. It is honestly a wonder how this place is still open.
