Subway

This Subway is a block from my house so it's convenient but it's easily the worst Subway I've been to. They are constantly out of stock of most of the bread types so every time I go there, they only have wheat. They don't offer any of the foot long cookies, pretzels, rollers, etc. Why are 20 signs for these items all over the store if you don't sell them? The service is really slow and their Point of Sale system is always down.

Edit: I'm changing my review from 1 to 3 stars. My issue was resolved however with no communication from the owner, or Subway. Just woke up one day to find my refund in my account. Again like I said my past experiences have been pretty positive, and for a Subway their quality is rather good. It's just this one bad experience that left a taste in my mouth. I have never had bad experiences with this location before, but I guess all good things have to come to an end. I placed an order the morning of the 27th around 7 am only to find the store was closed when I went to go pick it up. Thinking the hours online were wrong I checked the door only to find out they had the same hours on the door. Oh well I thought they will probably cancel the order when the store opens, it was not. I ordered online and went in to pick up the order. When I arrived, it hadn’t been started yet, which I was totally fine with. As the girl began to prepare my sandwiches, she had her phone out and on the counter where she was making them. She kept touching her phone and then my sandwiches with the same gloves on. I asked her not to make my sandwich while using her phone because who knows what kind of germs are on it! She threw a fit, told me the other guy could make my sandwich and walked into the back. He told me that their system was down and they had to use their personal phones to access them, to which I responded that I understood but there had to be a hygienic way to do it. I placed a mobile order and had it delivered placed it thru the subway app it was two footlong and chips and a drink my drinks dn chips were never delivered so I called the restaurant for a refund and the person I spoke to was so rude telling me it was the driver's fault and he was supposed to grab the chips and drink etc and literally refused to refund me for what I never received and said the owner said it's impossible to refund me word for word and I'm so pissed how rude they were and the fact they refused to refund me and not to mention was hung up on when I first tried to explain what happened like absolutely horrible service

REALLY poor experience. All surfaces are dirty, which is gross to watch your food get made on. The worst tho, was the customer service. The person who greeted me, clearly didn't want to be there (relatable), but was so unprofessional and didn't listen. They were on a personal call with their airpods and every time they asked me a question, they couldn't hear my response (I'm a loud person). Which resulted in numerous mistakes in the prep of the food. All in all, I see no reason for me to return to this location. My experience would have been better if the employee has cleaned anything at all, and if they greeted me at all. I'm not picky, but I felt flat out disregarded and unwelcome.
