I went in at 1 pm on Tuesday, for the first time. I ordered the #21 Glass Noodle lunch special with all the meats. I was the only person in there, so the service was prompt. The waitresses was very courteous. After about ten minutes, she brought out my plate with a smile. As soon as the plate was set down before me, I could tell that half of the meal was going to be bad. The rice was grey. Obviously burnt. I still tried a bite to be sure it wasn't a seasoning. It was burnt. It tasted like a burnt pan and there were chunks of char throughout the rice. The noodles, however, were delicious. All of the meats tasted fresh. Even the shrimp. The lunch special also came with hot and sour soup, and an egg roll. Those were tasty, as well. I just went there and the 2 precious times I went I was pleased. However, this time, I ordered a meal and it was NOT up to parr. I paid extra money for extra chicken which was not given to me. I asked for no sauce and there was sauce on it. I asked for white rice and they gave me fried. I also ordered potstickers for $11 and they gave me 4 total. I returned it immediately as it was not what I ordered nor worth the $30 I spent. They took my food back and started arguing with me and wouldn’t give me my money back even though they took the food back. So I just paid $30 for absolutely nothing. Last month I ordered take out which included chow mein. When I got home they had sent chop suey, which I really dislike. Went back tonight and ordered chow mein, thinking they had probably made an honest mistake. So I didn't check it before I left. Sure enough, chop suey again. They won't get another chance with us again.

Portion size has gone down greatly, I’ve enjoyed food here for a long time but just can’t justify it anymore for the price. This is what you get in an order of the generals chicken.
