Subway

The reason for this review is the fantastic customer service from the gentleman named Eli. He served my wife and I with a smile the entire time he was very professional and used a separate knife to cut each of our sandwiches so there wasn’t cross contamination which would surprise you how often employees don’t do that. We had left overs we couldn’t finish and went out of his way to wrap them for us smiling while he did it. We greatly appreciated the effort he put in which is uncommon nowadays so I wanted to leave this review to highlight our experience and hopefully this helps him get rewarded for great service. Thank you.

I have been patronizing this store for 3 years never had a problem until today December 10th 2025 what a shame that Elias is such a rude employee that has no integrity to stand behind the product when the product had an odd flavor to it meaning that it was a tuna sandwich from this location #1659 in Palm City, threatening and cursing at customers is unacceptable This matter needs to be addressed by Subway as a corporation, pay attention fellow customers do not eat here You may get sick as I have or threatened or cursed at by Elias not a very good employee nor person have a great day thank you so much Do yourself a favor and go to Publix in the same plaza and get a Pub Sub, It will definitely be safer and tastier because we all know that Subway is on the way out ! Best Subway in town! I came in today for lunch, store was busy and line moving quick. Ro did an amazing job! Sandwish was delicious. Store was super super clean i never seen a subway so clean .

This is probably the worst subway in awhile. Why is the portions are smaller than usual on other places. Barely any meats I got on it, even scooping the meat, throwing some of them back. Even the greens, barely any greens, 4-6 pieces of onions on both subs. I didn't want to make a scene but I can't see myself coming back here.

12/13/18: added 1 star, but doubt I'll ever give this store a 5star. Employee working on this day was not wearing a hat, hair net or even a beard net. Luckily no hair was found in my food but this needs to be addressed. Any food establishment Osha requires workers with long hair to be covered so that hair does not fall out and into customers food. 10/1/18: employee friendly and made my sub as ordered. However after getting home and barely eating just a half of a full sub, already feeling sick to my stomach. Open the other half to see that he used old lettuce that is basically still frozen from the night before and discolored. Does not taste right and their new Sunflower bread tastes stale. Definitely not eating there anytime soon and tossing this sandwich where it belongs, in the trash.
