Subway

Ordered 2 large sandwiches using the app on the the site. After entering my info, it started to verify but wouldn't verify. It just kept spinning. I tried calling and it went directly to voicemail. I got frustrated and ordered from somewhere else. Two days later I noticed I got charged 24.60. I will NEVER order from there again.

The bread was old and falling apart, I slipped on ice going into the darn place. The server never asked if I was ok. They were out of 3 items that I wanted. I feel, I should have been given either my sandwich on them or at least a free one for a later date. I will not return to subway in old Town. Have a good day

Ordered food from the app. Was delivered wrong food. DoorDash says oh well and the number for the store go straight to voicemail. Calling my bank now to cancel the transaction. Was delivered a pickup order

So I Believe Thursday night i came in lost upset and just having the worst day ever. Didn't know where I was, phone not working, trying to find my grandma. I cried 😢 and the most sweetest man helped me out. And I just want to say thank you so much for helping me out. Being completely understanding, going out of his way to comfort me and find a solution. Went above and beyond more then most people. Thank you for finding my Grammy gram 💓

It’s very sad that almost everytime I go to this specific location they do the opposite of what I ask for on my sandwich.. this time really got me when I asked for extra ranch on my chicken bacon ranch and the guy literally didn’t put any! It’s crazy the attitude some of the employees have like they’re better than you or something and make you feel bad when they say they’re out of something, “at least you’re getting something” like not the something I paid for! And what’s with the attitude? You’re getting paid to be there, put your head down and do what you are supposed too. I’d love to talk to a manager or owner of this place..
