Angelo's Pizzeria & Family Old Town Maine

Absolutely love this place. You get the same amazing service even if you look like a scrub or a king. My hubby and I come here and he is a mechanic and can come right from work with grease everywhere and they're welcoming. The greet you with a smile and even ask about your family. The food is absolutely amazing. I'm a little bit of a food snob when it comes to pasta dishes because nothing compares to my Grandfathers but here I have loved everything I've had and I love to try different stuff each time. 100% recomend

*****UPDATE: I reached out to the owner shortly after making this review. This morning, she tried to bribe me with $10 off my next order if I took this review down!!!***** My boyfriend and I frequently order from here. We typically get a large big mac pizza. Every other time besides now has been decent. The food is nice, it’s typically cooked well, and the workers behind the counter are nice. However, about an hour ago, we placed an order for, you guessed it, a large Big Mac pizza, and it was QUITE undercooked. I have worked at numerous pizza places myself, and I know how a pizza should be cooked. Some of the hamburg was pink, the dough was pretty gummy (meaning it’s not cooked), and a lot of the cheese in the middle wasn’t melted. Like I said, I work in food service myself, so getting e

Local Rip off. Ordered 2 pizzas 43 minutes and counting. Talk about a waste of time.Thats 1. Then I ordered a steak and cheese sandwich which on the menu is $12.95.When I arrived they tried to charge me $16.95. I told them I didn't order the $4. drink and was told that I had to take the drink or forfeit the order? I told the guy to keep it. I don't go there anymore.

My complaint is I order a calzone, asked specifically if it was a calzone but got a pizza. Ate it anyway but a pizza in slices, not a canzone that's folded made me as if they even know how to make a calzone? I was told yes so hopefully next time I get a calzone. The pizza did taste good.

The front of house staff/the back of house staff, everybody. I said everybody. Was moving and groovin' if I order a burger. The picture attached is what I expect to see. Seasoned well. Plenty of big whole red onion, whole pickles. Will be returning hands down.
