Subway

Subway is always good! 👍 I had a really good sub tonight...The All American! This sandwich is loaded with yummy stuff! It is supposed to have tomatoes and onions, but I leave those off of my food as long as I can lol. My sub had bacon, turkey, ham, veggies-I added green peppers and spinach, cheese, all on the multigrain bread...it's definitely worth the price!!!!

I went to Subway in New Castle today and was surprised how run down it was. Windows were filthy, paint chipping off of the outside of the building, the temperature inside was roasting. There were what seemed to be an infestation of gnats around the pop machine. I notified an employee of the gnats and he made a face and nodded his head. My daughter was there earlier this week and reported the gnat problem as well. I have frequented this subway often in the past but I won’t be going back anytime soon. The employees were friendly but the overall condition of the restaurant was disappointing and not appetizing. Did not seem clean.

Ordered online and came in. One employee present. Greeted them and was ignored. Thanked them for my food and was ignored. The seating areas were clean and the food was good but if that's the treatment a customer can expect when visiting this place then I'll take the hint and steer clear next time

I come here maybe 3 times a week and get the same sandwich. I had an issue one time where I did not get the extra meat that I paid for. I called and spoke with Mark and he said to just bring receipt in to refund me the extra meat. A few days later I drove in and he took care of my refund for it. My sub is alwsys fresh and thats why I come back every week. Yes the kiosk is closed some evenings, but if youre short staffed you gotta do what ya can. Can't work store and drive thru alone. I love subway. And they also take my coupons, that arent expired!

I love Subway, but have struggled to like this location. It has gotten progressively worse the past few years. They almost never take orders online, half the time they refuse coupons or to honor specials. With limited options in town for light fast food, I still eat here often. I don't know why, honestly. I almost always leave frustrated. I've tried to go twice in the past week and couldn't place a drive thru order or online order either time. You can't get the deal of the day at the drive thru. Two weeks ago I went in at 6:30pm and they were out of the sub special of the day. I was in a week ago and they were out of both the cookie type and the bread I wanted. Two days ago I received a drive thru order and they forgot items. I called 3 times to let them know to try to get credit for th
