New Castle-Henry County Public Library

I personally have received very poor service, They act they don't want to get up from their desks to do anything. I work 12 hours a day. One hour in between my clients to do paperwork and I get met with people who don't want to do anything. So frustrating.

The New Castle Henry County Public Library is one of the many places we go to...coming in 2nd to First Apostolic Church!!!! There are so many...well, books lol! And computers, and printer, and copier, and "the library of things", that you can check out for about a week like board games (we checked out a couple of these), and crochet hooks, and museum passes (we checked out the eiteljorg museum pass), and metal detector, and a stud finder...(lol, I have never checked that one out though, since I'm married now, lol j/k... about the stud finder, not being married), and an engine light checker, and a dolly (not for your little girl lol), and a camera I think, and keyboard etc. I am really happy to see this addition to the library, because it gives you even more reasons to go to your library!

This is a good place to get away from home for a little bit and relax. There's many great books to read and also have computers to play games on or do other things as well The personal that worl here are great and friendly people and are nice to talk to. They also have side rooms so you can bring your person computer to homework or whatever and also listen to music or read books while your there. This is a great place to visit and go to. I recommend this place to people who enjoy quite time

A truly impressive library, especially for a small town. I've never been to a library where you can check out a telescope, a stud finder, and other useful tech gadgets!

I love going to the library and so many lately have not been as available as the New Castle Library! This is a great place!! Stephanie Webster is by far, the friendliest, most helpful reference supervisor, hands down! She goes above & beyond to be friendly, courteous and helpful! My first experience, I explained having a virtual interview - she was extremely kind and accommodating to make sure I had everything I needed for that interview to be successful (which it was!). Now, coming in to do new hire & new housing docs, she is just as amazing as ever! Always helpful, always friendly! Bring your family to the library!!
