Subway - Miller Place - 23903

I want to start this off by saying I know they have no control over DoorDash, but this i tried to solve the problem myself and they still messed up. I ordered a HOT Philly Sandwhich (that's how it naturally comes on the menu anyways) off of DoorDash to be delivered to my job. DoorDash never got me a dasher, I waited 30 minutes and subway had notified the food was done, so I canceled the order, got refunded. I did NOT want a cold sandwhich that was supposed to be hot especially in the winter. Now from the same subway (DIFFERENT APP- uber eats) I ordered the same thing, knowing now I would finally be assigned a driver (I was), and get the sandwhich in time for it to still be hot. But no, subway instead gave me the COLD sandwhich from a PREVIOUS ORDER. Absolutely terrible. If it happened to b

extremely annoyed, they wouldn’t let me get the sandwich I’ve been getting for years. Everytime I’ve gone to a subway I’ve gotten a foot long, Italian bread, bologna, American cheese, extra cheese, toasted, with mayonnaise, Lays chips, and a bottle of water. The worker said they couldn’t make that for me today, and could only make it if it had bologna, ham, and salami. I thought the point of subway was so you could make your own sandwich?? Apparently not.

Incompetent people who can’t do a simple job like making a sandwich. Ordered a veggie patty sub with no veggie patties inside. Ordered choc chip cookies and got the wrong ones and also got the wrong drink. If you can’t even make a simple sandwich then I feel for you in life. Never will order from this place again

My 15 year old son just went in with a coupon. The owner REFUSED to allow him to use the coupon, then made him pay in advance, overcharging him by 100%! A 12" sub with coupon was $9.99 - He pre-charged my son $20! Disgusting. Want Subway? Go to Rocky Point!
