Every time we go here we are disappointed. Bread is so stale and you have to beg for vegetables. Management offered to make it again (after we were already home). Not worth driving back. Just ask for fresh bread.
I messed up my online order and put the wrong things on my salad. When I called and explained the situation the manager was lovely and she told me if I came in she'd remake it free of charge. Sure enough I came in and she was so sweet when remaking my order.
What a fantastic program we run! KG County 2nd Graders, we had a blast teaching you how to swim! Thanks to Vee from KG Subway for catering for our YMCA staff and volunteers. Your order was made with care, please accept our heartfelt appreciation! Thank you for supporting our youth! 💖🏊
Very clean, quickly served, food was fresh! What else do you need?
The bread was hard as a brick (not toasted), and both orders were wrong. Maybe retrain your staff. The whole process was confusing to them.
