Why rate it one star but give 6 starts on food, service, and atmosphere? Here we go... I work for a local production company. I placed an online order this morning, around ten AM for NINE Subway platters for our night shift crew. This was a significant order but based on the time I placed it through EZCaster, it was accepted not only by EZCater but the restaurant itself. I placed the order for pickup at 5 PM. I get to the restaurant and one employee, Stephanie, is working. I get to the register and she only has one box of food, one platter. The manager of the store took a very expensive order and made one platter of sandwich wraps. Stephanie called her manager but there was nothing she could do. It was horribly put together and when I called up there to speak to the manager the guy kept saying she wasn’t there when I just left the store and she was there I will never eat there again if I could give it 0 stars I would I feel so sick to my stomach 🤢🤢 and yes I did pick it apart

I went to subway today to go get some sandwiches when I was done placing my order and getting my drinks I went paid for my food and got me extra napkins the manager is looking at me with a long face and starring at me seriously and has the nerve to tell me in front of another customer that was eating there not to go and grab all those napkins I said ok i was in the process of grabbing the napkins her name is Amanda in my opinion people like her shouldn't even be working here then she presumes to tell me you can grab and take the napkins now next time not to do that I don't know who she thinks she is to talk to me that way the nerve of her you need to learn how to treat your customers and learn how to speak to your customers I am ya child okay I am grown woman just like you apparently you d

They just stand there with doors locked after opening hrs.. it’s 10am . Change the hours of 9am isn’t it

The sign says open at 9:00 its 10:42am & the staff is sitting inside & will not open the door. Online order not working either
