Hardee's

Would have been better off with a pack of nabs.. 1st my wife got the chicken tenders, they were not tender. As a matter of fact they were dry..as south Texas. Fries are warm at best. Considering it a few minutes after 12 they really should have been hot, but at least they were not greasy. That's a positive. I got the mushroom Swiss as usual and it was the usual, nothing great. The dining room was atrocious. Can Hardee's not afford a broom? As much as it cost to eat there, I don't see why they can't afford one. AND USE IT! The lady that took our order needs to learn how to smile 😃 it probably would brighten someone's day.

Ok I understand this is FAST food but at the end of the day give me what I spent my money on not this. Not only is it not hot, it is not even heat lamp warm. It is two bun bottoms, the chicken is dry and hard.

Food was cold today and prior to today. I have been waiting to see if service was going to get better. This used to be me and my niece favorite place to come and catch up but here lately they are in the SAME BOAT AS MCDONALD'S with me. I ordered thru drive thru got down the road to only find I have old cold fries and a cold Double cheeseburger. When I brought it back I gave it to the Manger named Angie. I want you to know she had them re-drop the fries I brought back in and microwave the Double cheeseburger to the point the chees was completely melted. 🤬🤬🤬TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED. Why is it so hard to get hot food I AM PAYING FOR IT!!!!!

They have the best fries at this location. I literally make sure to stop and get some at least a couple times a week

My food was cold and I asked the manager if I could get some hot ones. She got me more and they were cold also. So she took my tenders and fries and cooked me fresh ones herself.
