Subway

I'm rating this based on other subways I've been to. I'm not comparing Subway to a nicer restaurant like Olive Garden. This Subway was organized, clean and efficient. The man who made my sandwich was careful, and efficient. He made one of the best subs I've had in a long time. He was generous with toppings always asking, "How does this look?" A good location in my opinion.

First of all, I just found a metal shaving on my sandwich! It was directly on top of my bread. I reached out to the management with my wife and have still yet to hear a response from them. The workers always have an attitude and do whatever they feel is right for your sandwich. Don't even try to customize anything because they don't care. Seriously! Don't waste your time or money at this location. It may even save you from being harmed like I almost was. The food is horrible, the customer service is bad, and the management skills of the administration are really lacking and continue to show, time after time. I am refusing to go to this location ever again. I am saving the metal shavings to give them. This is how lawsuits happen.

I’ve never had such a good sandwich before and this takes the cake it was the best wrapping I’ve ever seen and the care that was put into the sandwich was excellent, I couldn’t ask for better service, I’m definitely coming back

I had an issue. Management contacted me and work through the issue with me I was surprised at this. I was expecting to not hear from anyone perhaps things are not as bad as they seemed. I would recommend coming here it is a good place and convenient to those of us who live in the Kearns, West Jordan area of 6200 South.

The people are so nice and welcoming the service was fast and the food is fantastic the lobby is clean and all the food prep area was spotless
