La Potosina Mexican Food

Opened just some weeks ago we were craving some tacos! After working all day in the dirt and rain we really enjoyed stopping here. I found out this is a little mom and pop join that started because people told the owner the food was so good and had enough clients to open a brick and mortar shop! After hearing that plus eating up the food we were very impressed with the quality and delicious food! We even took food home and plan to go back for more delicious meals! Thanks again and well done on creating something for everyone to enjoy!

Don't let the commercial store front fool you. The food was delicious. We tried the barrilas tacos and ordered the asada french fries because the reviews said they were good, and they are! I liked having fresh made side options in the cart to choose from as well as the fresh guacamole. Our son ordered the meat quesadilla. All of it was tastey and we will be back! My only dislike was the horchata it was to sweet for me. Everything else was delicious 😋

Work nearby and finally got a chance to run over and try it. These carne asada fries are crazy delicious. The store also has such a cute vibe I love it in there! My employees and I might be in quite a lot with how good these fries are

This family owned business was so welcoming and the atmosphere was cozy. Super friendly staff and the place was very clean(which I loved). I had the carne asada sopes and was delicious ! I highly recommend this spot!!

Very excited about this place opening up right next to our house. At the owners recommendation I got the enchiladas, different look to them than I expected and they tasted amazing! My wife got the birria tacos which she always orders and it was better than most places in SLC. They have a salsa bar which is the cherry on top 10/10
