Ordered online, a sandwich with EXTRA banana peppers, there was THREE SINGULAR BANANA PEPPERS. I also ordered EXTRA onions, there were THREE SINGULAR ONION STRANDS. The black haired teenage girl can not be trusted with ANYONES sandwich.

Absolutely loved everything about my experience at this location! Beyond professional service with a warm and welcoming atmosphere! They didn't just make my sandwich but an impression. The Subways within the tri state area are subpar compared to this location! A++++++++

I got refused service by a petty teenager stuck in highschool drama and got screamed at infront of other customers for simply wanting food ( I was riding trails and it was the closest fastest thing to get on the trail right then) she proceeded to scream at me to get out while telling my friend she’d serve him. The “sandwich artist” was lily selm. Crazy thing was the group we were with of 8 behind us meeting us were just as pissed about not getting food because no one wanted to be there after hearing what happened when we got there so we are done riding for the day it ruined everyone’s mood and honestly if your going to have teenage employees make sure they know the rule to keep work professional all I wanted was a sandwich🤣

Gal who mode our food thought it was okay to put in 6 meatballs on a foot long sub. Well, really it was 5 meatballs and some pieces of what appeared to be meatballs. She still was making my sandwich when another employee brought in meatballs and continued on without adding the missing ones. If you don't like your job, do better and find another one. No plans to ever visit this location again. Tooany bad experiences. Just go to the one in Walmart.

I always have a wonderful experience at this subway. Tiffany definitely has great customer service, and deserves to be recognized for it.
