UP-N-Smoke Southern BBQ

Stopped by for a quick bite to eat after making a trip from Duluth, MN. Pulled up and wasn't expecting to see a food truck, but figured we'd stop and give it a try. Staff are awesome, back and forth with them was fun and they gave a great feel. I ordered the brisket sandwich and substituted fries for the cornbread and beans. The beans were immaculate. My buddies girlfriend doesn't even like beans and she ate them lol. The cornbread was also very good if you enjoy a good crust, was a bit too much towards the end for me but was still a great bread overall especially with the cinnamon butter. Everything had amazing flavor, highly recommend the spicy sauce. Amazing sweet tang with a very subtle spice underneath, very good. Brisket was a little bit dry and I do wish the cinnamon butter had been

I had a craving for bbq and this place sure hit the spot! I tried their pulled chicken and brisket melt. For sides cracked Mac and fries were chosen. Fries had an excellent seasoning and crisp to them. I loved that they had options for spicy bbq or nonspicy bbq. Too top it all off we had Vanilla-Cream soda pop. Thank you!

Make a detour and get here! I had the best pulled pork I’ve had in a long time. Perfectly smoked and spiced. I can’t imagine that they cook anything bad. This is real southern bbq made by folks that care about their craft. Highly, highly recommended.

Food and service were amazing! Joyful and absolutely delicious. The music was a tad in the loud side for our family but if I asked them to turn it down I bet they would have without complaint - they were so sweet. But let’s get to the food - too notch!!! Authentic southern with a twist. We could not stop talking about our meals! Worth trying a little of everything and splitting with your group

Awesome place to get some bbq. Food is reasonably priced but you don't get the big portions we are used to lol So technically that's not a bad thing. Wouldn't highly recommend if you are in the area and love BBQ. Just be warned that if there is a line you might be waiting for a hot minute. No fault to the owner or people who work there because it is a food truck and I'm about positive you can only have two people working at one time. But if you have some time to spare this is the place to be.
