takes online order for delivery door dash charges you for delivery. But this store does not participate in delivery. you took my money for a service you don't offer that is a SCAM

Horrible Service and Extremely Rude!!! Went in for a sandwich today and asked what the daily special was, after the first lady at the counter told me what it was I had to ask again because I couldn't hear her, then she told me again but with a very rude demeanor as if I did something wrong. After I told her ok ill take that and started my sandwich, we got to the cheese selection and was told they only had shredded cheese. After being talked to rudely and only having one selection of cheese we decided to go to Jimmy John's instead. AS WE WERE LEAVING the 2nd women working with all the tattoos comes rushing out to my vehicle to tell me that we are no longer welcome to come to her Subway because I flipped them off (A complete lie I could care less about the cheese)!!! 1. Ordered a BMT, my usual sandwich and they didn’t put any meat on it. Only veges, and too much mayo. Waste of money. Do better

Staff was rude and my footlong had no meat on it, one strip of bacon and tiny scoop of chicken on one half. Food and service are better across the street at Jimmy John’s and Jay’s. Just save your money and go there.

The person who made my sub was super unwelcoming. They greeted me as normal and all that but there was no smile, no happiness, nothing but a basic "hi what can I get for you?". They put the stuff i asked for on the sandwich and said have a good day. Literally not ONE smile or anything welcoming through the entire transaction. If I had known the service would be like this, id have gone out of my way for the toledo subway.
