Fantastic service! Pizza was crispy and fresh. My order was delayed and I was compensated for it. Olivia was my server. She absolutely knocked it out of the park. I will be back. Amazing service and great food!

I really don't get the hype around this place. I wouldn't even say that I'm a pizza fanatic but the pizza here is mid at best. Got the shrimp alfredo and our friends got a half pepperoni and half of Pags Special. I'd say you could get the exact same quality from a frozen pizza. Maybe it's because I've actually had real Chicago deep dish pizza but this is like frozen pizza quality. I actually prefer Casey's (as greasy as it is) over this. Their service however was excellent. And it was pretty fast for a pizza. Prices also weren't too bad even tho I wasn't a fan of the pizza itself.

Pagliai's Pizza, Grinnell, Iowa, is FANTASTIC! I went on Saturday, 10-4-25, they were PACKED with more people waiting. Had to wait about 25 minutes, but got a seat, ordered & pizza didn't take long. Totally worth it! GREAT service, also!

I was just driving on the interstate when I wanted a great local pizza, and I found it here. It's a great-looking and very inviting place, with friendly, knowledgeable staff. I had a 12-inch pepperoni pizza and asked that half be extra cheese; they had no problem. I put this as a favorite place so the next time I drive that way it will be a stop for me every time. Thanks for amazing experience.

Let me tell you about The House Special—a pizza so loaded with meat that it’s practically a structural engineering marvel. Seriously, they must be losing money on every pie. You take one bite, and you can almost hear the other pizza joints in town weeping. This pizza is so good that if Trump catches wind, he’ll build a wall around it and make Domino’s pay for it. Shout-out to Jayden, our server, who made the meal even better by spending extra time chatting with us and making us feel like family.
