Subway

Ok… let me start by saying I understand running out of stuff once in a while. However this location never has anything in stock. Today they might have more things missing than in stock! This is no joke. Whoever the owner is needs to get in this store and show them how to run it. They clearly are NOT capable of it. Fire the managers. All of them. If you are not part of the solution you are part of the problem. The workers are always nice. But as a heads up for the managers and owners…. A restaurant is supposed to have food!

Preordered a sub for lunch. Went to pick up and they gave us the wrong order. Went back and our sub was gone. Had to wait for ours to be remade. The ladies working said they were out of a lot of ingredients. So the sandwich is literally two slices of meat and three leaves of spinach and some cheese. Didn’t get the tomatoes we asked for even though I seen they had some. If you’re out of that many ingredients and are going to skimp on the sub close the shop and stop taking orders. I’d rather have a refund!! Not happy and will not be returning to my this location.

I caught food poisoning from this place. It was horrible. I cannot think about a wrap ever again.

They have the A team working right now! Great service! I loved that the guy knew what was on my sandwich "The Outlaw" AND asked me if I wanted my peppers and onions toasted with the meat and cheese! None of the subways I've been to the employees don't know the menu and don't ask that question. It was nice! Super quick! They were working as a team so well! Thank you Grand Ledge Subway!
