Grand Ledge Area District Library

I am planning my 20 year high school reunion and had to come in to make a copy of our senior yearbook. We were told by Andrea when we arrived about the new book scanner. She took the time to make sure we felt comfortable using the machine and that everything worked properly. After I scanned the 144 pages, which the machine worked so smoothly. It was too large to send to my email, and I didn’t have a thumb drive on me. Andrea saved it to the libraries thumb drive and allowed me to take it home to copy it on my computer and bring the thumb drive back. Andrea was so patient, and kind, and professional. She even called her husband to see if we could figure out any other way and she just went over and beyond my expectations to make sure I was taken care of. It all worked out and I could not be

Fabulous resource. Sponsor a community book read but also guest speakers. They host interesting activities and workshops on a range of topics and age-appropriate specials. Books and culture and nature. Even music as they hosted the youth christmas choir. Amazing resource and kindness offered by people working there. Very welcoming.

My second time in this lovely library. A great selection of books, cds, audio, and movies but more importantly a wonderful caring staff makes this a must visit library, you won't be sorry. Great fall things are happening at the library. From fun things for the kids to things for the adults, don't miss out.
