Subway

Got to be joking me... 1 customer inside, 2 people working, and they put me on wait at the drive through for over 10 minutes, just waiting before they even took my order! All because they were doing ONLINE ORDERS first, before helping a customer waiting at the drive through?? Ridiculous. Update, after sitting for 10 minutes in silence, they finally took my order and it took them almost another 10 additional minutes to make it. A simple, 6 inch meatball sandwich plain. That should take less than a minute and I could be on my way. And again, as I was pulling up through the drive-through, only one guy went inside as and no one else was in there besides two employees. Meanwhile, they serviced two more customers inside ahead of me even though they arrived well after me. Absolute bullshit. N

That's the last time I'm ordering from this Subway. On top of getting 4 inch subs when they're supposed to be 6 inches, I always order ahead. If there is a single person in the building, it will take up to 10 minutes to pick up the sub that's already finished. I've worked fast food, I get it can get busy, but I have to be somewhere today and I don't have the time to wait that long for something I ordered 20 minutes in advance.

Got two sandwiches this evening 2-6-26. Absolutely perfect exactly what we asked for. Who ever put the sandwiches together cared what they were doing. Thanks

Staff at pick up were rude and food quality was poor old and bitter wilted lettuce and questionable proteins made us very ill

Not bad, but subways prices are a bit on the high side for the amount youre getting
