Blue Moon

Took a drive to try this spot out on a whim (I heard great things about the breaded cauliflower) but the disappointment was real. First issue is the drive through set up. The shop is on a corner of a super busy 4 way intersection with no real idea of where to pull in. (I made the mistake of trying to enter on the north side) after a short wait we were able to pull up to make our order. The pricing was fantastic. As we were pulling out we noticed a line of about 10 cars so apparently they take orders on both sides. There is no outside seating for this shop! Now to the food.. the cauliflower was burnt on half of the outside, yet somehow soggy/greasy on the inside. We got two orders, wasn’t able to even finish one. If you’re looking for the best place to get ice cream in DeKalb County then check out this place! Great ice cream, great service, and got through quickly. They even have kid sizes It’s sad that this place is seasonal and closing soon, will come back next year!

I finally had my first burger, fries, and malt from Blue Moon this evening. It was everything I could ever hope for. A deliciously fresh and good size cheeseburger for the price, crispy hot fries that were seasoned to perfection, and an amazingly thick chocolate malt. I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience. The customer service was excellent as well. I’m looking forward to the next time I get to pull into the drive thru. Thanks again!

The ice cream here is amazing. So many different flavors and the flavor of the week is always great. It's soft serve and my daughter loves the little baby cones with the eyes on them. The only downside is there's no place to sit down and enjoy your ice cream because there's no parking spots. There are two directions on Drive-In and hopefully you pick the right one but the lines are always super long.

Charged me 75 cents for a water and forgot to give me the water. When I realized I didn’t have the water I immediately called and they refused to give me my money back instead offering me a credit for my next purchase. I don’t live in Auburn. Very poor customer service and they don’t even have their phone number printed in the reciept. 👎
