Subway

I had a terrible experience tonight at the Subway in Four Oaks NC 27524. I ordered 2 footlong sandwiches. 1 was completely wrong with sauces on it and jalapeños that we did not ask for. I called and told them our sandwich was wrong and the person working told me to bring the sandwich and the receipt back. I drove back to Subway and waited in the drive thru for someone to help me. After 20 minutes I called the store. No answer. Mind you, there was nobody else waiting, it was just me (in the drive thru) and the 2 workers inside. Called again, got an answer and told them to please send someone to the window. Finally the person who I had spoken to initially came to the window and took my sandwich, opened it, used their ungloved finger to sift through the sandwich, rolled it back up and put it

I've always had a pleasant experience at this Subway. The food is fresh and tastes good. The restaurant is always very clean too and that's probably why their sanitation grade is 100. I highly recommend it.

By far the cleanest Subway we have visited. Stopped for lunch while traveling. Greeted by the staff. Super clean bathroom. Well made sandwich!

We had a meatball sub and Italian BMT. Meatball sub was mostly bread with a few sad, tiny little meatballs. The Italian was ok but they had 12” rolls left and they weren’t fresh and were chewy. The staff didn’t change gloves in between making our subs and not after dipping their hands into each topping so I got lots of unwanted jalapeño juice on my meatball sub’s cheese. Not to mention it’s very unsanitary. The male employee kept wiping the sweat from his brow and rubbing his nose with his upper arm. Staff was not very friendly or welcoming. but that’s about the only really nice thing I can say. Definitely not a great or even very good sub.

I paid for extra meat and double meat on 2 of my subs and it looks like there is no meat at all on them and when I picked them up I didn’t even get a hello after saying hello to them and the faces they were making and I even said thank you and got nothing back
