Subway

How this location doesn't have 5 stars through and through is beyond me! This is by far my favorite location, it's super clean every single time I walk in, the employees are always friendly and offer helpful suggestions, the manager is very hands on and jumps in anytime there's more than one sub being prepared and I never walk in without a greeting or leave without knowing any upcoming specials or new menu options. I live 40 minutes away and would still prefer this location over my own local Subway, every single time. Thankfully I work nearby as well!

Went up to Subway on Monday, 01/26 and can I just say the girl working was amazing. She was the only one who could come in from the ice storm, and despite that she had an amazing attitude and was smiling throughout my order with her. Subway in fountain inn needs to reward her in some way for the effort that she puts into her job, especially being the sole person to come in during the conditions.

Tonight “Wednesday” around 8:20pm I was helped by a young lady darker complexion than her associate. She was extremely kind and helpful. I wish I would have got her name for this review. The subs are outstanding as the service was. Thank you so much and keep up the awesome service.

I’m sure she was probably stressed as she seemed to be the only employee on shift but she was rude and wouldnt allow me 5 seconds to ask a question before essentially rushing me out of the store as I was a Dasher but would’ve also liked to order a sandwich but I guess not. This was on a Sunday in the afternoon so avoid on this day around this time :(

Horrible experience! I was told to wait at the drive through and after no one responded within a few minutes I pulled to the window to see the worker with the headset on her cell phone walking to the back. No other customers were at the store being serviced at the time. Another employee so happened to walk by and see me at the window. I was told to wait before I could order so she can finish her conversation on the phone.
