Starbucks Coffee Company

I normally order with the app and use the drive thru. When I do have time to go inside the staff is very friendly and talkative. If you sit inside for a couple minutes their lovely staff will come ask you if you like your drink then ask how hour day is going.. Another thing i noticed is every employee at this Starbucks location are very attractive people. See yall again soon! 😍

Let’s just say we all expect Starbucks to be better than this, flies everywhere in the bakery counter .As a lot of my reviews of our beloved Starbucks are always positive and spot on excellent. This is why I was so stocked to see this condition in a ( New) Starbucks! We tried to bring it to the attention to the cashier but they just seemed not to consider about it? Again, I know that Starbucks are far better than this, We spend a lot of time on the road cycling and are always looking for our Starbucks ❤️The service was still great just had issues with the bakery counter.

I always have a good experience at this Starbucks, but I really wanted to recognize Carly. She's genuinely one of the hardest working baristas there. Even when busy, she stays calm, keeps things moving, and is always friendly. You can tell she actually cares about doing her job well and making sure customers have a good experience. The location is lucky to have her!

This was the worst experience I have ever had at Starbucks. My husband ordered a coffee using my rewards account and had to wait a RIDICULOUS wait time. He and I watched people who came in after him, order, get their drink and leave! We also watched online orders be made and sit on the counter for at least 5-10 mins waiting for their customer. He was asked what he was waiting on by multiple employees without assistance. He even asked about his order and got no assistance. When we entered, the drive thru was wrapped around the building, almost out of the parking lot. When we left, it was empty, meaning 8+ additional drive thru orders were prioritized over ONE LOBBY FRAPPE!!!! What ever happened to prioritizing the in-store customer?? We will NEVER return to this Starbucks and be telling our
