Subway

The female employee working today was so busy talking crap with her coworker about another employee who wasn’t there that the only customer in front of them clearly wasn’t a priority. My sandwich was thrown together with zero care. The portion of meat was short for the sandwich I ordered, and the wrong toppings were added after she rushed me to list more than two at once. At that point I was so fed up with the lack of attention that it wasn’t even worth correcting. I’ve been to a lot of Subway locations and I’ve never had a sandwich assembled like a sloppy joe before. Management might want to spend less time letting employees gossip behind the counter and more time making sure they’re actually paying attention to customers and assembling food correctly. Not the best Subway sandwich I have had. The bread was flat and doughy like it wasn't fully cooked. And I realize it was busy, but y'all need to dial it back a bit so the sandwiches aren't just slopped together. They were cordial and clean though.

This is a very good subway. Food seems fresh, it’s very clean, staff is friendly and efficient.

Location is amazing when the manager is the one running the front. When the young employees are running the line service and atmosphere changes dramatically. If you like your sub to be toasted don’t come here. They have oven on low and set to a low time. When you ask for it to be toasted again they will put it for double the time they already put it and burn your sub. Young lady in morning has a very nasty attitude which was surprising because she was nice when she first started. I went from a regular to not eating here anymore due to the young lady’s attitude.

I decided to try another subway due to the proximity but mistake, I think they need a more efficient staff.
