Arby's

This is an Arby's. I went later at lunch time through the drive thru. I was greeted promptly by a friendly employee. I ordered the French Dip meal with curly fries and an Apple Pie shake. The fries and sandwich were underwhelming, but the shake might be the best I've ever had. Did not have to wait long for my food. I likely would go here, again, but would order something different.

Food was terrific, the mobile app was glitchy and didn't seem to want to work. Eventually when the order was submitted successfully, upon requesting the mobile order from the drive through, the employee said the had "just received it" in a somewhat incredulous manner. Food took a bit, but at then end, order was correct and delicious.

The workers are always extremely nice and professional. Generally, getting your items is slow, especially in the drive-thru. Very rarely offered any type of sauces for the food and never just included in the bag, always have to ask if you remember before you drive away. Quality of food is almost always on par with what is expected. Never had an incorrect order or missed item.

Never did drive through but service inside has been good the times that I have been there. Food has always been recently prepared and pretty good for an Arby's. I think maybe once I had fries that were a little too cooked. I see quite few negative complaints but I will take this over the lack of options before the new PX/ food court were built(Burger King, Dunkin and the bowling alley).

Tastes exactly like it does at every other Arby's. It's good. The chicken strips apparently come in a little paper baggy, like fries do, and don't come in the carton like they should...like, where are you supposed to put your curly fries and ketchup? We didn't come to Arby's to be on a diet LOL But, other than the drive thru being quite slow, I'd go back for sure..., cuz ya know....curly fries...
