Subway

The fountain drink machine doesn't work and they don't tell you that until after they start making your sub forcing you to buy an overpriced bottle drink. They advertise the meal of the day all over the place but can't fufill what they offer. No discount they could care less ...stay away

We stopped at this Subway while traveling through Fort Erie. The staff member was friendly, but after ordering our food and then using the bathrooms, we were extremely disturbed. The bathrooms were extremely dirty — sinks and toilets were disgusting, no toilet paper in either washroom, no paper towels, garbage and empty boxes on the floor, and the hand dryer wasn’t working. We were the only customers in the restaurant at the time. When I mentioned the bathroom conditions to the staff member, the response was simply “yes,” with no apology or indication the issue would be addressed. Clean washrooms are a basic expectation in a food establishment, and this experience left us questioning the standards at this location.

The Fort Erie location sign and website both say open til 10pm, but they are closed well befor 930pm. The false advertising has cost me both time and money in the gas it took to get there. Never mind the aggrevation of not getting a nightime snack for the kids sleepover. Wont be wasting my time on this place again. No thank you.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. What’s the point of having the signature series if the staff looks at you like you have three heads when you order one. It’s not MY responsibility to know what goes on the signature series. It was literally created so I don’t have to think about it. On top of it the tomatoes look disgusting. My Canuck Classic is missing most of the toppings, including the double cheddar. Additionally, it just doesn’t look appealing. edit: I’d like to add my husband went to go pick this up for me so I figured a signature series would’ve made the process easier for him.

Ordered on Skip and they didn’t have the potato rings so they sent me with their own substitution of two cookies which I can’t have because I’m diabetic… Maybe take things off your Skip menu if they’re out of stock or call the customer?
