Wow. Just wow. So went into order 2 subway clubs. The manager asked which sub I said the original sub, the OG the one that been on the menu since I was 8! After noticing she was making the all American club that is newly added to the menu... I told her it was the wrong club. She threw a fit, told me that is not what I told her and pushed my sandwiches out of the way and continues to tell me I'm wrong and what I "didn't say" and hollers to another employee doing something completely different and says someone needs to come finish this sandwich because I cant deal with ignorance!! I said wow I can't believe that this is such a big deal over a sandwich, she proceeded to hide in the back and make fun of me. The other worker that came to help was nothing but nice and apologized for her behavior

Horrible. We door dash and took only 10 mins to get to my house . My wife tuna melt is made horrible, bread was wet and soggy . My other sandwich wasn’t made properly . Called them and told them about it and the “supervisor “ Jeremiah” was NO HELP AT ALL. We asked to put Lettuce on the other sandwich. There is none on it . Overall rude. We pay for our food and the dasher. There is no need for food to come out looking like this cuz they close in a hour and wanna be sloppy .

Omg inhad the most terrible sandwich I've ever had. Almost cried about it, wasn't toasted like I wanted and it was overly drowning in sauce when I asked little. I didn't see the bacon I had added on there. As soon as I opened it half my veggies feel out to the floor and sauce all over my outfit. I paid that for that.

It's Subway! Never had a bad experience. Aside from Subway taking the Seafood Sensation off the menu. Found out today's it's due to people purchasing said sub and leaving it set in there hot car and then later eating it, getting sick, and saying it's Subways fault. No. It's your fault. Common sense goes a long way. I have ordered from Subway for years and always ordered the Seafood Sensation. But then ran into only select Subways having it available. I used to just walk our if they didn't have it. And, now I only rarely go to Subway. Subway if your reading this PLEASE bring back the Seafood Sensation.
