The crust (regular) I choose was to thick for my liking and in cooking, the crust became to BROWN and the dough wasn’t able to bake all the way, it was doughy. I will select thin crust next visit and I know I will be HAPPY with my order 100%. Roel
Daniel was super kind, helpful, and professional. I forgot my two liter of soda and he even ran out in the rain to make sure I did not leave without it. Businesses would benefit from more employees like Daniel. My first time buying a pizza from Papa Murphy’s and I will be returning soon. Thank you!
I ordered 2 papa Murphy’s pizzas the other day from fort dodge Iowa, and when I got home and started cooking the pizzas about half way though the oven caught on fire from all of the grease on the pizzas. I went to remove the pizzas from the oven and oil splashed out of the pans on to the bottom of the oven. If someone wasn’t watching carefully it could have burned down a house. I have never receive pizzas so filled with oil. Since they don’t want to respond to my complaint everyone gets to read what happened. WATCH YOUR PIZZAS!
Young man at the cash register was a little befuddled, but did his best. Store wouldn't take checks, would have been nice if that was posted somewhere.
This is awesome pizza and the great service here as usual ! Thanks again
