Ordered a garlic aoli roast beef sub online and got one old piece of beef on old bread. The lady ignored me when I came in to ask about my order and flung it at me without a word. I’m currently sitting in the store waiting to get it fixed. When I called she yelled at me and hung up. Trying not to fist fight this old woman. Horrible customer service horrible HORRIBLE HORRIBLE FOOD.

had an absolutely beautiful experience for lunch today. Tay and Bunny were very helpful, professional, and all around showed great customer service. Its always a great atmosphere here. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you for the positive vibes ladies

The young Indian lady with the bad acne offered no greeting & was dry & unfriendly from start to finish. She was very careful to go very light with veggies & dressing & had a difficult time comprehending that I wanted everything on my sandwich except for their hot vegetables. They only have 2 that I'm aware of so I didn't think it was a difficult request. Regardless kindness will serve you well in life no matter what type of work you do. Sometimes It helps your customers give you passes on the mistakes you make.

It's the staff, depending on who's working they lie about having a restroom. And this lady was rude about. When I told her I used the restroom yesterday she just dismissed me an asked what was I ordering. Kind of pissed me off. But I just see if she working for now on an if so go to another one. I hate rude customer service folks.

I ordered online a few minutes after I paid the young lady called and said they was out of bread. I explained to her that, that was all the money I had I needed to feed my family. She got in contact with her manager and her manager informed her that she will be to the store within a hour to refund me my money. One thing I can say she is a person of her word. She refunded my money and I was able to feed my kids... thank you so much. Just next time I’ll come inside and order instead of doing it online... Also the lady who was at the register was very nice and very understanding and she apologized to me also. I appreciate it. We need more ppl like her working in the food industry. Keep it up you guys!!!
