Ferguson Municipal Public Library

Thank you to all of the staff for their kindness and knowledge! However the amount of people that walk in the library on their cell phone is crazy! When did we lose the idea that the library is actually a quiet place?! CHECK YOURSELF!

They're rude, Male receptionist told me not to come back, just because I asked them not to YELL out my FULL NAME. A receptionist yelled out my name last week and a customer sitting on the computer said ohhh your Traci Davis.lol It was scarey because I dont even KNOW them. I wont be returning to this library due to saftey reasons. Also because the receptionist is childish. But I wanted to make an suggestion. You could make people that need your printing services write their name or email on a piece of paper so you can verify it . Instead of yelling it out loud. Thank you.

The workers here was good and helpful. Just thought that the library feels way too small and claustrophobic. Not enough room to stretch out. It is incredible and welcome resource for the community though.

EXTREMELY helpful staff. Very good at helping an old dog negotiate new tricks with communications regarding e-mails, faxes, printing, etcetera.
