Subway

I can’t believe what just happened. I bought a meatball sub combo meal. I finished the subway and was checking my emails on my phone and the subway staff member came over and told me I had to leave. It was 7pm. I asked what time the store closed and she said 8pm. I said why do I have to leave. She said because she has to clean the tables. I will never be back at the West Fatms Subway! Absolutely awful. Not to mention. No napkins in the napkin dispenser, I asked for napkins and got 1 napkin. Still can’t believe she asked me to leave!!! By the way, I was only sitting down for about 10 minutes before being asked to leave!

Absolutely disgusting! bread was stale, sloppy and thrown together, and the veggies taste like someone cut them without gloves. Literally tasted like perfume/lotion. Overall grossed me out. Never again 👎

Ordered a 12 inch melt opened it thought there was only half and went back and they said they have to cut it in half to fit it in the bag. But did you have to smush the whole thing? Put each half in its own bag if it can’t fit in one because now I can’t hold it to eat it without getting covered in what should be on the inside of the sandwich. Also if someone is showing you with their order, actually look at it or hell even pretend to.

This subway is the worst. The new workers need to be retrained and bad customer service. The old ones have poor customer service too. They have full on conversations while taking your order, don’t pay attention and make the food sloppy. There’s not one time I went here and wasn’t disappointed. The management needs to do something about it. The girl worker made my sandwich so sloppy. It was the worst one I’ve had ever.

Not worth it!!! They told me to get a free cookie I have to order a six inch sub. First time they did this to me. Not coming back. Last time I put in an order for a sub they messed it up. People be aware that mall is getting a new pizza place called Sally's Pizza and Panda Express in the summer which is better than Subways
