Farmington Library

This place is filthy specially the children’s bathroom. Please pay attention on these matters. Library should be a safe place for children and families not a disease carrier. The toilet was full of blood and the sink filthy and the water didn’t come out for a while. Very disappointing

Definitely one of the nicer libraries I've been to. This was located near the Farmington high school and town hall. This review is mainly for the children's section. The area was large and it's on the left side when you enter from the main entrance. There were two Librarian who were friendly. My toddler wanted to play with the trains set but you have to get the trains from them. After you're done, just return them to the librarians. They are also participating in the 1000 books before Kindergarten program like Simsbury library is doing. You read to your child and each milestone (ie. 100 books read), you get a free book. It was my first visit with my toddler. There is a small play area and a lot of options on books. A few desktops for learning games ( quite addictive) she didn’t want to leave., She liked it. Still have to see the adult section.

Neat place with a little bit of something for everyone. One of my favorite libraries in the area.

It is a great place to bring your children and make things, there are 2 floors which wasn’t in my old library, there are also games that you can borrow with your card, which is fantastic!! :)
