I ordered for my first time, a chicken parm grinder because I had seen a reel on social media which looked delicious. I ordered a full grinder & when I went to pick it up, it was almost $29! I was a tad blown away, but I did place the order so I paid. I only had a large bill on me and the clerk gave me the wrong change. She handed me my change and immediately walked off to talk with other staff. I did have to say "excuse me can I have the rest of my change?" Eventually I had the rest of my change. The sandwich itself looked nothing like the perfect sandwich shown on social media. It was a good sandwich, I did like how the sub maintained a crunch to it rather then turning soggy.
Claudias was a great little spot to find! The building is a little small and seating is tight but the sandwich was great! I had a chicken cutlet and fried eggplant combo very fresh and delicious! The half size is definitely a large sandwich! Great local, small business sandwich spot!
Loved going to this place. Right on the driving range, so you can do that and get a sandwich if you wish. Only a few spots to sit inside but some seating outside in the driving range as well. I got the chicken cutlet and for an 8 inch they do not skimp on the contents. I could have been satisfied with half the sandwich but obviously ate the whole thing since it was delicious. Loaded with chicken that is thin and juicy and breaded nicely. The mayo absolutely slaps. And the slight crunch to the bread is electric. The people are very friendly too. Highly recommend.
Order ahead. 10 minutes before you arrive. 8 inch is big enough. Eat your sandwich hot. At the shop, or in your car. I like pickles on that chicken parm. Adds crunch and acidity. Without it, the sub seems flat, to my taste. The bread is good.
Decent sized grinders. Friendly service. A bit pricey for what it is. Chicken cutlet grinder had good amount of very thin chicken. Nice sauce flavor. Eggplant grinder was about the same. Not really Omg these are amazing grinders ... but they were good for lunch.
