Ordered a 6” sandwich meal of the day through the Subway App (Which is delivered through DoorDash) once I received my order is was just a 6” sub nothing more. The DoorDash driver tells me this all they gave her. The DoorDash tracking page it sends you to track your order only gave me the store number for any issues. So I call the store and the girls tells me “Oh your driver forgot your chips and drink that’s on DoorDash ”. So I paided $17 for a 6 inch sub and Subway wanted to take no accountability when I ordered it through their app? What a joke that store is. Hope you enjoyed the free chips and drink

Worst service I’ve ever seen. First I have a coupon for a $6.99 foot long that the lady refuses to accept saying it’s online only despite the coupon saying it can be used in store. So after that gets refused I try to pay with a gift card that she claims is invalid. Refuses to manually type it in leaving me with the remaining balance of $15. Then I get out of the place and check my gift card balance on the app which states $20.00. The lady working today couldn’t be bothered with anything and also made my sub smell like cigarettes. Very poor service. I will never go back and recommend people don’t either

Service was mediocre for Subway- not bad but not super friendly. The veggies were not fresh, tomatoes were sad looking and the pickles were rotten. My partner and I came in here for a quick lunch- the worst part was the total cost of our food. It was $29.49 after a $2 off coupon and before a tip. The menu prices are what was charged to us- but for two 6” sandwiches and two small fountain drinks the price was outrageous. Just for the price alone we will not be returning. Bit of advice- look at the prices on the menu before ordering. This subway is more expensive than any of the subways I’ve been to in the recent past.

the lettuce is old as hell. the staff are decidedly unfriendly and uncooperative, the atmosphere is similar to after school detention. the northampton one in the wal mart has similar lettuce problems but the staff there are pleasant and kind.

Terrible experience. Rude employees and the veggies on my sub were old. I also got sick from it. Never again.
