Delivery drivers do not become your employees when we walk through your door. Do your part completely by having the order ready before we get there and if it's not ready before we get there, do your part to get ready rather than asking us to do it because you're lazy.
Their Serivce is dysfunctional And they like to cancel orders for no reason I do not like Subway on 171 W Joe OR Road. I would never ever order from them ever again. Y’all service has been denied from me. Yall should be SHUT DOWN!!!!!
If I could give no stars I would. The customer service was absolutely terrible at the 171 Joe Orr in Chicago Heights. They need to be shutdown and put out of our area. They are rude and disrespectful to patrons coming here to spend their money. I will never go to this location again and suggest that no one does.
The door was locked at 7:38pm. According to the hours on the door, it should have been open. Fortunately, I was able to pick up my grandmother's requested dinner at the location on Lincoln Hwy.
Absolutely loved it! There is new management and you can tell. I got two pizzas and a footlong chicken sandwich and it was the best!
