A great selection of sandwiches. I had gyro and it was packed with meat. They have seating inside but it looks like most people ordered take out.

I ordered two garlic cheese fries and they did not come with any cheese on them. I had to put ketchup on my fries when I got home. It’s just not the same when I was expecting the garlic cheese fries I always get. I want a refund but the lady didn’t even give me a receipt after I ordered. Really disappointed. I want what I paid for. I called them the next day and they replaced the two orders free of charge. I was very pleased with the resolution on this issue. Thank you. I will be back for more food!

Excellent customer service 10+ I ordered a patty melt, I couldn't eat it, the low grade of meat was infuriating. Thin patty of meat and no beef flavor at all🤬, I also ordered the garlic fries they were hot and fresh. I ended up complaining to Management and received my refund instantly. I do not recommend😪😪

I’ve been a regular customer here since I moved to Illinois a few years ago and by now I know not to come a second before 7. I’m not sure if it’s just a placebo affect or if the day time staff is truly this terrible but everytime I eat here before 7 something always goes wrong, whether that my order being completely wrong or dealing with the rude staff or even having to listen to the manager make a fool of themselves with needless outbursts in the back. I cannot stress enough how poor the 12-6 service is in this place. And it only gets marginally better during dinner hours. I will say the only bright lights in this dark pit of a “resturant” are the garlic butter fries and this super polite server with a bob hairdo I can’t quite remember her name but she had piercings, dark hair and everyti

Honestly everything exceeded my expectations! My cheese fries were hot and fresh. The staff members were pretty nice and attentive to their customers. Additionally, my big boy cold submarine sandwich tasted super fresh, packed a delicious punch and it was also very filling (I honestly couldn’t finish it all in one sitting). Overall everything was really good and I plan on returning as soon as I start to crave another sandwich 9/10
