Subway

The food is decent enough by Subway franchise standards, but the location is under staffed. They have removed the drink cups from the counter so that an employee has to give one to you. Looks a LOT better since they did a decor refresh. They STILL have a cigarette butt catcher right by the West entry which attracts door dash drivers who sit there and chain smoke while waiting on orders, so you will have to run the gauntlet of that as you come in and go out. Disgusting.

Always fresh, fast, and friendly! Love stopping here for lunch. The raspberry cheesecake cookie are my favorite!!

The lady in the drive thru that works morning shift is EXTREMELY RUDE. She got my order wrong because she was trying to make my order as I was telling her what I wanted on the different sandwiches instead of typing my order in the system. So it was time to pay she made the sandwiches completely wrong. Then stuffed a footlong, a 6 inch, and two bags of chips all in one bag when I asked for another bag she told me no which was very rude! Overall TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Went in tonight and the Service was horrible. The workers were rude and unprofessional. They were complaining about the the line being long. They were sighing and shaking their heads. On top of that, the restaurant is expensive for no reason. We got 5 SIX INCH SANDWHICHES and it was 79 dollars. We questioned it (rightfully so) and the girl was rude. The food sucks. The workers suck. That place should not even be open. It was clean though.

Although my pizza was good, the service here is horrible. I’m not someone that frequents Subway however this experience ensured that I would NEVER want to return to this location. I’m not sure if there is training on customer service but the young lady that served me had a terrible attitude and was slamming things down when I would ask a question or for a topping. I understand customer service is not always easy but being rude to a customer unwarranted could make or break their experience. It’s also disheartening.
