Manger tries to close down early and won’t make half their sandwiches when the store is still open. Also runs out of the back to scare away customers trying to tell everyone they’re closing instead of helping the rude employee up front that had an attitude about making a sandwich while the store was open.

Worst subway in northeast ohio. Rude, issues with orders, non-participant in coupons and deals, issues with payment system constantly. I recommend driving to the next closest one in massillon, or heck go to Jersey Mike's in Jackson which is MUCH better.

3 foot long subs. First question if you are trying to do the deal you can't you have to wait until after 4. Lady making subs was very curt and made me feel like I was just a worthless customer and didn’t deserve to be there. She had no smile or anything nice to say, all she said was "Anything else, Anything else?" Asked to add more pickles and black olives and she had the eyes rolled and the huffing begin. I would provide a name but she did not have a name tag on but short with glasses strawberry blonde curly hair. Frankly, I would have rather driven out to the Massillon Subway then ever coming back to the Canal Fulton location.

Absolutely horrible, left out meat on my sandwiches asked for the veggies and stuff hardly gave me any of those and not the most pleasant person in the world. The lady in front of me stood there and waited 5 minutes before the girl decided to come out and ring her up and then not a pleasant person, will never go there again

Most understaffed location I’ve ever visited. One person working every time I visit, leading to 20-30 minutes to serve 3 customers. When ordering online for pickup, 30 mins go by and when you arrive they still haven’t started the order. Owner needs to hire some help.
