received undercooked pizza. 1 of the 2 the pizzas ordered this evening arrived undercooked. serving raw dough is unacceptable!

Pizza was great the BLT bacon was not cooked. The loaded nachos lol loaded with chips lettuce and some cheese and few pieces of meat like dont get this I am sorry but we will not be getting anything else not worth the money and never open I see why lol

We order a large specialty pizza tonight from the East of Chicago in Canal Fulton, along with some bread, totally $33.48. Once we realize that the specialty pizza that was being advertised as $18.99, was not charges as such, we called the store where we were informed that it was at the GM Jeremy instance that patrons not be given the sale price unless they specialty ask for it. This has to be one of the most dishonest business practices that I have experienced in recent history and he should be ashamed of himself for advising the staff to withhold specials that are posted!

Hands down my favorite place to go for pizza in Canal Fulton. I first tried this location when it debuted at our town Christmas festival and I fell in love. The owner is wonderful, always has a great team working there and runs a wonderful establishment. They truly know their customers and, as a manager in food service, I love to see that. Even when I mess up using the app and order for carry out, they call and make sure I didn't mean delivery (which I usually do). The food is always hot, delicious, and worth any wait. They have great quality product and in the past when the owner has felt something wasn't up to snuff, he has found a way to make it up to the customer. What a wonderful Canal Fulton staple!
