Very elegant coffee shop set in the old downtown Canal Fulton. The building clearly had alot of restoration outside and inside. Nice wide open space with two stunning brass chandeliers from the Cleveland area. Plenty of seating with tables and comfortable areas with couches and chairs. I had an vanilla iced latte and a croissant. The staff was extremely nice. Has a very upscale feel. A must see if in the area.

Chilly day and stopped while passing through town for a quick hot drink. What an amazing space! So comfortable and well put together. I could spend hours here every day. Great service and our drinks and snacks were perfect.

I stopped into The Exchange Coffee Co. in Canal Fulton and I’m so glad I did. My family loved going to coffee shops and this one was modern but cozy! The space is absolutely stunning — exposed brick, cozy seating, beautiful florals and accents… it feels like a boutique café you’d find in a bigger city, but with the warmth of small-town hospitality. Their coffee is excellent — thoughtfully made and smooth — and they have a really nicely curated selection of drinks, pastries, and grab-and-go items (Olipop, yogurts, small treats, etc.). I love the details they considered, from the greenery and décor to the little bookshelf and games. It makes you want to slow down, stay awhile, and actually enjoy your day. Atmosphere and staff were excellent! Coffee was good. Food was a bit overpriced for the result, we tried the croissant and chocolate chip cookie. I preferred the cookie! I’ll definitely be back to continue to try them as they grow in their business.

I’m obsessed with The Exchange Coffee. It’s honestly one of the prettiest spots in Canal Fulton, inside and out. The vibe is so cozy and calm, and everyone who works there is just the best — so friendly and genuine. Their coffee is unbeatable. Every drink tastes amazing, and you can tell they really care about the details. Whether it’s a simple latte or one of their seasonal drinks, it’s always perfect. Definitely my go-to coffee spot!
